Tony Romero
President & CEO
Anthony “Tony” Romero is Chief Executive Officer of TOGA Technology, where he leads the company’s vision, enterprise strategy, and execution with a focus on long-term value creation for customers, employees, and investors.
Tony brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the IT and services industry. He was trained and mentored within a Fortune 100 environment and held senior leadership roles at Sears Roebuck and OfficeMax, overseeing large-scale technology products and services organizations.
As interim CEO of M-Powertech, he joined TOGA Technology through an acquisition in 2017, bringing a disciplined approach to integration, operating rigor, and organizational alignment. Since then, he has scaled capabilities, strengthened execution, and positioned the company for sustained growth.

From ASI System Integration to TOGA Technology
ASI System Integration founded by Sonny & Narinder Chabra in NYC. Company comprised of three business units: Consulting & Integration, Support Services, Lifecycle Sourcing. Asset Disposition Services & Technology Workforce Solutions are added the following year.

Launch of 24/7 Helpdesk Command Center
ASI builds a 24x7 helpdesk Command Center at the NYC HQ and opens an Integration Facility in New Hyde Park, NY. There is a growing interest in proactive and managed services as well as network monitoring solutions.

JDMi Acquisition & New Market Growth
ASI acquires JDMi in Chicago, including its proprietary Vision ERP System. Healthcare and Education practices emerge. Managed Print is added to service portfolio. ASI wins groundbreaking service contract with the largest DOE in the USA.

Brand Refresh and Business Unit Expansion
Refreshed the ASI brand with a new blue identity and website, and introduced five business units. Consulting & Integration, Lifecycle Sourcing, Technology Services, Asset Disposition, and Workforce Solutions, to better serve evolving customer needs.

Expanding Presence and National Alignment
As our geographic footprint grew, so did our need for expanded communication and presence. We hosted our first National Sales Meeting in New York City, bringing together NY and Chicago teams and strategic partners for a week of dynamic training, collaboration, and strategic alignment.

Strategic Rebrand and Multi-Company Expansion
ASI rebrands and acquires TNS, Sprocket, CSS and M-PowerTech. Business units are reorganized into A&T, EMS, Tech Sales, and TRUE. Retail Practice emerges and TOGa development begins. TOGaDesk and TOGaRetail are first two apps to launch.

Global Expansion and New Headquarters
Company HQ moves to Port Washington, and its integration center follows the next year. Global partnerships emerge: VaporVM in Dubai, StarTech in Romania, and the Global IT Alliance (GITA). TOGa platform gets presented to Retailers.

TOGa Debuts and TRUE Expands Service Portfolio
TOGa launches with first Retail customer. TOGa expands its vision toward Reseller Solutions. TRUE's portfolio grows to include B2B clients & ecommerce services sales . TRUE gains its first 24/7 tech support and remote services customer.

Pivot to Depot Services and Internal TOGa Adoption
TOGA Technology pivots to depot/mail-in repair. emergency services, and touchless retail services. COVID-19 causes supply chain delays and magnifies infrastructure, systems and ops gaps. Company leverages TOGa internally for service delivery. TRUE initiates relationship with a Distribution Partner.

TOGA’s Enterprise Differentiator and XaaS Platform
TOGA Technology’s enterprise differentiator is TOGa. Customers request TOGa platform licensing options to replace their legacy systems. The first TOGa licensing agreement is signed with onboarding set for the following year. TOGa is positioned toward XaaS offerings.

TOGA Technology Hits Global AI and TOGa Milestone
TOGA Technology completes its first global AI consulting project, strengthening our position in the AI and ML space. With over 100 clients and more than 220,000 users on the TOGa platform, we achieve a major milestone in platform adoption, solidifying our commitment as leaders in digital transformation.
